Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is very important that you do not send any item back to us before you have communicated with us; this could cause a delay or even loss of your item, for which we will accept no responsibility.

Once we have authorised your return, we will offer you a suitable return option, along with further instructions.

All returns must have proof of posting as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any item without proof of posting. You can only obtain proof of posting from a Post Office or via a collection. You must not put your return in a post box.

Damages and issues

Claims for damage must be received within 48 hours from the time and date of delivery; claims for damage after this period will not be authorised.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Personalised Products

If you are concerned about purchasing a product with personalisation due to our returns policy on personalised products, then why not buy the product without any personalisation? Then you will be able to inspect it first; this way, you can be sure that the product is as you require and ensure that you are entirely within your right to return it.

Honesty Counts

We will inspect returned items upon arrival. If they show any signs of damage, misuse, or intensional damage (this is very easy to spot with jewellery), we will not accept the return, and we may ask you to cover the return cost back to you.
