We are extremely busy at the moment, and we are unable to answer every email and telephone call due to the increased workload because of Christmas, this is because we are ensuring that every order is despatched in time for delivery before Christmas.

Why can other companies answer the phones and emails and you can't?

When you order something from another company, their process is a case of locate it on a shelf, apply postage and pack the item, this can all be done in about 30 seconds to 1 minute per order.

When you order something from us, we have to lay up your text, set the machine to be able to engrave that product, then engrave that product, then polish and protect the product and add chains, etc., and then pack it into a box and post it, this can take up to 10 minutes per product, and the engraving is a skilled job, that we cannot just hire tempory extra staff to do over the Christmas period, so has to be done by all of our internally trained staff.
