Returning a Product
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery of your item, sorry we are unable to accept returns for bespoke items, this includes any item that has been engraved, personalised to your specification, if however part of a product is resalable we will consider a return, for example if you have purchased cufflinks and had the box engraved, you can return the cufflinks, but we will charge for the cufflink box and engraving and delivery charges incurred.
**Please note that chains supplied free of charge with any product are only guaranteed for 30 days after item is delivered.
If you would like to return an item please fill out the form below, and someone will contact you to authorise the return, with a return reference number.
