UK DELIVERY

Orders placed before 3pm when selecting NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY will be delivered the next available working day and STANDARD DELIVERY is approx 5 working days. 9 out 10 orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday but we do have a Saturday delivery option available for a guaranteed service

Returns

We are more than happy to accept returns on many items purchased from us within a 14 day period after delivery, non-personalised items can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, personalised items are not eligible for return unless we have made an error with personalisation.

Please ensure all returned items are in their original packaging and returned as received.

All personalisation and engraving of our products is done by us, in our own workshop, meaning no long delays that can occur with other companies, while you wait for them to send the item off for engraving, then wait for it to be returned to them, and then for them to send it back out to you.

Engraving options for most products will be displayed on the product page, with a choice of fonts for your personalised message to be engraved in.

Engraving Position

As standard we engrave all messages central to the product unless supplied with special instruction (these can be left during checkout), we can also engrave in different fonts on request, and can also engrave customers own artwork and logos, upon approval first.

Characters with Accents

We have no problem at all engraving characters with any accent above or below the character from any language.

Special Characters

We can also engrave some special symbols (alt codes) and characters within your message, these include: ★  ♥

Other Languages (including Arabic, Chinese, Russian etc.

We can engrave in any language you require, please contact us for more information.

Graphics & Clip Art

By request, we can also engrave graphics such as footballs, rugby balls, basketballs, flowers, guitars, and many other graphics, these can be on their own, either side of text (i.e.: a name), in the middle of a sentence, please email to discuss your needs further.

Logos and Artwork

We can often engrave customers own artwork, logo, design or emblem onto many of our products if you are interested in have something special engraved onto any of our products, please contact us first with your requirements, so we can verify if we can engrave it. We will not engrave copyrighted logos, such as Band logos, football club badges, social networking logos, unless you have permission, or are the copyright holder. Still Got Questions? Can I still have Next Day Delivery, even if I want the item personalised/engraved?
Yes, because we hold stocks of these items, and engrave everything ourselves on-site, we are able to offer Next Day Delivery on engraved/personalised items.

Where will my engraving be positioned on the piece?
We engrave/personalise everything in the centre of the piece, unless you instruct us otherwise.

How can I order more than 1 of the same piece with different engraving?
If you require more than 1 of the same product, but with different engraving, you need to add each item individually to the cart.
