Orders over £50 in value qualify for complimentary UK delivery, while orders below this amount incur a standard delivery charge of £3.50. Alternatively, we offer an Express Delivery option costing just £6.99 per order for most personalised products.

Our Express Delivery service provides a next-day delivery option if ordered before 1 pm, Monday through Friday. Our standard delivery service can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

EIRE & EUROPE

Delivery costs to Eire and Europe are automatically calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items during checkout. We deliver to several countries, including Eire, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and more.

USA

GENERAL FAQ's

Q: Can I still have Express Delivery if I want the item personalised/engraved?
A: Absolutely! We understand the importance of timely delivery, even for personalised or engraved items. Since we have stock available and handle all the engraving in-house, we are pleased to offer Express Delivery on most products.

Q: Where will my engraving be positioned on the piece?
A: By default, we engrave or personalise everything in the center of the piece. However, if you have specific instructions regarding the placement of the engraving, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Please note we do have some products that by their nature cannot be personalised in the centre.

Q: How can I order more than 1 of the same piece with different engraving?
A: If you need multiple items of the same product but with different engraving, you will need to add each item individually to your cart. This way, you can customise and personalise each item with the desired engraving before proceeding to checkout.
