When your item has been personalised we are unable to refund your item, however if the item was a sterling silver item, we may be able to refund the price of the silver content at the current live silver price, if your item is a stock item and has not been personalised you will be entitled to a refund, this will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this is to cover the cleaning of the product and any re-packing materials used. Refunds will not include any original postage and packaging charges, only the items price.
