Normal Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days, however during busy periods this may be up to 5 working days.
Express Delivery
If you use our express delivery option (not available on all products), all orders placed before 12 midday will be dispatched the same day for delivery by 1pm the following working day, Monday to Friday, via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

RETURNS
NON-PERSONALISED
We are happy to accept returns on all items that are not personalised within a 14 day period after delivery, where we will apply a full refund of the purchase price, we will not cover the cost of the return postage, we recommend you use 1st class recorded delivery for all returns, or international signed for.
PERSONALISED
We are unable to accept returns on any personalised item, unless we have made an error with the personalisation, whereby you will be able to request a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of the return via 1st Class Recorded Mail, or international signed for (outside the UK) only.
We will not cover the cost of Special Delivery, or Courier.
