21st Birthday Sterling Silver Heart Necklace (can be personalised)

Our sterling silver Tiffany style heart measures 20mm x 22mm, and features a '925 silver' hallmark around the top loop of the heart.

This hangs along side a sterling silver number 21 with a lucky horseshoe, encrusted with cubic zirconia stones around the top. The whole piece comes complete with a sterling rope chain in a choice of lengths from 14 inch to 24 inch.

The silver heart has the option of adding a engraved personalised message on both the back and front unto 30 characters per side, giving you a lovely piece of sterling silver 21st birthday personalised jewellery.

The whole piece comes complete with a leatherette gift box, making it the perfect gift for any 21 year old just about to celebrate her 21st birthday.

Express Delivery
If you use our express delivery option (not available on all products), all orders placed before 12 midday will be dispatched the same day for delivery by 1pm the following working day, Monday to Friday, via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery Charges

RETURNS
NON-PERSONALISED
We are happy to accept returns on all items that are not personalised within a 14 day period after delivery, where we will apply a full refund of the purchase price, we will not cover the cost of the return postage, we recommend you use 1st class recorded delivery for all returns, or international signed for.

PERSONALISED
We are unable to accept returns on any personalised item, unless we have made an error with the personalisation, whereby you will be able to request a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of the return via 1st Class Recorded Mail, or international signed for (outside the UK) only.

We will not cover the cost of Special Delivery, or Courier.

All personalisation and engraving of our products is done by us, in our own workshop, meaning no long delays that can occur with other companies, while you wait for them to send the item of for engraving, then wait for it to be returned to them, and then for them to send it back out to you.

Engraving options for most products will be displayed on the product page, with a choice of fonts for your personalised message to be engraved in.

Engraving Position
As standard we engrave all messages central to the product unless supplied with special instruction (these can be left during checkout), we can also engrave in different fonts on request, and can also engrave customers own artwork and logos, upon approval first.

Special Characters
We can also engraved some special symbols (alt codes) and characters within your message, these include:

If you would like to add any of these to your message please copy the symbol required and insert it into the correct location within your message.  

Logos and Artwork
We can often engraved a customers own artwork, logo, design or emblem onto many of our products, if you are interested in have something special engraved onto any of our products, please contact us first with your requirements, so we can verify if we can engrave it.
